Business Analyst
Our client, a major kiwi company is looking to recruit a BA into their busy team.
The role, based in West Auckland will report into the IT and Ops Manager and within a dynamic and growing team.
You will be responsible for working across the business sites, particularly through Merchandise / Supply Chain / Logistics / and Operations. You will put your knowledge and expertise of retail and supply chain practice to use in a project management and effective business change environment. You will support, analyse, develop and execute strategic initiatives.
To be successful, you will need to have the ability to:
Analyse and document business processes
Assist with developing business cases including definition and realisation of project benefits
Document workflow and results of business analysis and obtain agreement on specifications.
Produce regular reports for managers showing progress and assist in establishing milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure strong relationships are built with both internal and external customers
