The Interview

I just got off the phone with my visa officer -- Frances Wu. It was past 2pm so I was beginning to get worried. I know that she calls on time. So finally at 2:34, the phone rings. I answered by pressing the speaker button, but there was no reply. After saying 3 "Hello", I figured she could not hear me, so I pick up the phone receiver and she can hear me.

I must been accustomed to Chinese who speaks English, I find her voice clear and understandable. But when it was my hubby's turn to hear FW, there was one question that he could not understand -- it was educational background.

The interview lasted for 17 minutes. The first 2 minutes she was explaining why she called late. She was trying to contact my home number, but there were problems. I wanted to tell her probably she was dialing an incorrect number, I did not tell her that anyway :)
